What are your shipping costs and delivery times within Switzerland?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over CHF 100. For smaller orders, a flat rate of CHF 9 applies. Most items are delivered within 3-5 business days via Swiss Post or our dedicated furniture courier.
What is your return policy?
You can return any unused item in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Please contact our support team to initiate a return and receive a return shipping label.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), TWINT, PayPal, and bank transfers. We also offer purchase on invoice through our partner, Klarna.
Do you offer assembly services for furniture?
Yes, for larger furniture items, we offer a premium 'White Glove' delivery service which includes professional assembly and removal of all packaging materials for an additional fee.
Are the products covered by a warranty?
All products sold on Milola.ch come with a minimum 2-year manufacturer's warranty. This covers any production defects or functional failures under normal residential use.
Can I track my order once it has been shipped?
Absolutely. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment's progress in real-time.
